Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs
Featured Recipe...
This recipe is so easy, I don't even know if you can really call it a recipe. My whole family loves it, it's really cheap to make and it makes a really nice sized batch.
Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs
A one pound bag of frozen meatballs (I do most of my shopping at Aldi's so it's $1.99)
One bag of egg noodles
Two cans of cream of mushroom soup
Milk as needed, to thin soup slightly
Empty both cans of soup into crock pot and thin with milk until more of a gravy consistency. Add meatballs and cook until heated through (I usually let it go all day on low. I've also made this on the stove top if I'm pressed for time).
Cook noodles in pot of water just before serving. Serve meatballs and gravy over noodles. Add a side salad and some bread and you have a tasty, filling meal that is sure to have plenty of leftovers!
Editor's Note: Yes, this recipe can be (and is traditionally) made with homemade meatballs instead of frozen! :o)
