One of our family's favorite vegetables is green beans. We've cooked them countless ways over the years, but never like this. My daughter picked up a few recipe cards when we were grocery shopping at Kroger last week and this one was so easy to make. We adapted the recipe to what we had on hand and it turned out great!
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, rinsed, ends cut
1 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
Pinch of salt
2-3 T. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Heat saucepan with olive oil and butter over med-high heat and add green beans. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, add salt and cheese, then toss gently to combine everything together. Serve immediately. These are SO GOOD!!!
Enjoy!
