Pasta with Spaghetti Sauce and Cheese
My kids love this and I make it based on a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). I brown 2 lb of hamburger meat. I then add in garlic powder and salt to taste. After that add in 4 lb 3oz bottle of spaghetti sauce and let simmer. While that is simmering I take macaroni elbow pasta and cook them as suggested. After that add the meat and sauce mixture to the noodles. And right before serving as long as the noodles and sauce are hot add in about 2 cups of your choice of cheese. We normally use Cheddar. Mix this up well, then serve. We normally have plenty of left overs. Makes good lunches the next day.
