Featured Dinner Idea...
I have a quick and frugal recipe I hope you will glance at. I am a 49 year old mother of two girls, 14 and 29. My oldest moved back home with her husband and two children, ages 3 and 4, boy and girl. I am also handicapable. For a family of seven, frugal is what I need.
My quick and cheap recipe:
Beef Rice-a-Roni, Vegies and Biscuits
3 boxes Beef Rice a Roni $1.00 per box.
3 pounds hamburger $2.99 per pound (on sale)
1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables. $1.00
1 batch Jiffy mix biscuits
Pudding for dessert
Not too bad for a family of seven. Every one loved it.
